What Is Halal Production?

Halal is the term used in Islam ☪️ to indicate that a product or service meets the religious requirements of Muslims. In relation to meat, halal means that the animal has been slaughtered in a way that complies with Islamic rules and that the meat has been produced, stored, and transported in accordance with these rules.

We produce and supply halal meat products to offer Muslims all over the world a quality and safe choice of products. We recognize the importance of providing Muslim consumers with products that are in line with their religious beliefs and cultural traditions.

Meat and Poultry

Animals must be healthy at the time of slaughter. They should be slaughtered in the name of Allah, and the blood should be fully drained from the veins. Pork is strictly forbidden!
Our team pays great attention to the slaughtering process to ensure animal welfare and prevent suffering. Our meat processing plant also ensures that all production processes are carried out following technological standards and international requirements for quality and food safety.

Processing and Preparation

Cross-contamination must be avoided. For instance, if a knife is used to cut pork (non-halal meat), it cannot be used to cut halal meat. Similarly, pots and kitchenware should not be shared between halal and non-halal foods.

Additives and Ingredients

Food additives might be derived from non-halal sources. For instance, gelatin derived from pigs would render a product non-halal. Muslims look for halal-certified products to ensure ALL ingredients comply with halal standards.

Halal Certification

Many countries have halal certification bodies that inspect and certify products, ensuring that they adhere to halal guidelines. A halal logo or certification on a product’s packaging assures Muslim consumers that the product is compliant with Islamic dietary laws.

The Golden Horde strictly follows the halal meat production process to ensure that our products meet high quality and safety standards. Our company undergoes regular halal certification to provide our customers with the assurance that our products are produced following religious and ethical requirements.

ℹ️
“Halal” is an Arabic term that means “permissible” or “lawful.” In the context of Islamic dietary laws, it refers to foods and drinks that are allowed for Muslims to consume under Shariah law, as defined in the Quran. Outside of food, “Halal” can also refer to any other permissible activity or behavior under Islamic law.

We are proud to produce natural halal meat products and to provide our customers with a high-quality selection of products that are also in line with the religious beliefs of many. We are committed to continually improving the quality of our products and production processes to ensure that our products meet the high demands of our customers.
